Hey, I’m Dr. Ray!

I’m a Performance Physical Therapist and movement expert. I graduated from Stony Brook University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2017. Since, I have been practicing in outpatient orthopedics and working in the strength and conditioning world.

I have always been fascinated with the rehab process and receive great joy out of helping individuals achieve their rehab, fitness, and wellness goals. I have taken various continuing education courses, furthering my depth of knowledge and skill in helping clients achieve their goals.

I am passionate about maintaining an active lifestyle including running, weight-lifting, cross-fit and playing with my daughters. I am dedicated to keeping active individuals healthy and performing at their best. All the while reducing fears and misunderstandings of movement, injury, and exercise.

The Three Step Process

Whatever your purpose for coming to PT may be I work with you 1:1 to understand your personal goals, concerns and history to identify the underlying reason(s) of your unique issue.

2. Foundation

After learning about you and understanding your purpose for Physical Therapy, I provide various treatments to reach your goals. This comes in various forms and may include: Manual therapy, movement assessments, in session exercises, and a home exercise program.

3. Reclaim

After you have reclaimed your active way of life. We ensure you will be stronger and more resilient than ever, by continuing to give the knowledge & tools needed to exceed you performance through our Premier Performance Program, delivered right to your pocket weekly.
